Program Note: Reverberations was the first piece I wrote for wind ensemble back in 2017. Writing this piece paved the way for others of my wind ensemble pieces such as Exuberance and Obsidian Hellfire. I chose to title this piece Reverberations as the main motive bounces across each section of the ensemble, it sounds as if the motive is reverberating. Including the first piece I have ever wrote for wind ensemble in the 2024 Summer Series has been very moving and exciting.
