Prisms Selected by the Orlando Contemporary Chamber Orchestra

I’m excited to announce that my chamber work Prisms was selected as part of the Orlando Contemporary Chamber Orchestra’s 2025–2026 Call for Scores. This opportunity highlights innovative new music from composers across the country, and I am honored to have Prisms included among this year’s selections.

The premiere performance took place on June 27, 2025, at the Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts in Winter Park, Florida, conducted by Todd Craven. Hearing the piece come to life in such an intimate and vibrant space—brought to fruition by musicians of exceptional artistry—was a truly memorable experience.

Prisms explores the shifting colors, textures, and energies that emerge when light bends through a crystal prism. The ensemble’s sensitivity and precision illuminated every facet of the work.
